The Roles and Responsibilities of the committee is as follows:
  1. Checking of quality of food
  2. To check quality of fresh and dry rations received in mess
  3. Check cleanliness of cook house, dining hall, canteen, stores, deep freeze and utensils.
  4. Check cleanliness of canteen, washing area, surrounding area of mess
  5. Checking condition of cooking appliances and their replacements.
  6. Hygiene and sanitation mess staff/canteen staff and surrounding area.
  7. Checking of dress and personal Hygiene of mess /canteen staff
  8. Committee chairman should report to the undersigned.
